• All leases must be signed by the Anglican Church Property Trust Diocese of Sydney (regardless of the annual rental amount);
• Do not enter into lease negotiations without first contacting the Anglican Church Property Trust Diocese of Sydney.

The Lease Schedule and Lease Memorandum together form one lease agreement.  Lease information should be populated into the relevant Lease Schedule fields.

Please note that whilst the Lease Schedule provides for amendments or additions, such changes can only be made with the written consent of the Anglican Church Property Trust Diocese of Sydney.

Please note:

1. Amendment 25 Clauses (a) and (b) to Memorandum AN433565F on page 2 of 6 of your lease agreement schedule are to be crossed out if the lease agreement reflects the 
current market rent. This clause is only required for those lease agreements which do not reflect the current market rent for the premises.

2. In the event that the lease agreement is below market value, the parish is to show the market value, the rebate given and the amount being charged at Item 2 of page 1 of the ACPT Standard Lease Schedule
