Sydney Diocesan Superannuation Fund Board trading as Anglican SuperFund Sydney respects your privacy.

We are bound by the National Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act).

Anglican SuperFund Sydney provides superannuation services and benefits to persons working in the Anglican Church of Australia.

We usually collect personal information such as a person's name, age, contact details, tax file number, nominated beneficiaries, investment choice employer information (including annual salary) to provide our superannuation services and benefits to members but we may collect other personal information as well. We use this information to manage the superannuation fund and calculate benefit entitlements. When we collect sensitive information (as defined in the Privacy Act) we will collect it with your consent, unless the law allows us to collect it without your consent.

We may share your personal information with statutory authorities including APRA, ASIC and the ATO, to insurance companies and other superannuation funds nominated by you. We will handle personal information to the standard set out in our Privacy Policy.

Anglican SuperFund Sydney may disclose your personal information to third party service providers, agents or contractors from time to time to help us to provide our products and services. If we do this, we generally require those parties to protect your personal information in the same way we do.

We use a variety of physical and electronic security measures including restricting physical access to our offices and the use of firewalls and secure databases to keep personal information held on IT systems secure from misuse, loss or unauthorised use or disclosure.

Generally, you have a right to access personal information we hold about you. If we deny your request in some circumstances we will tell you why.
