Accounting Services

The Finance division of SDS provides administration, accounting, HR support services and reporting services for a number of Diocesan entities. These services include:

• general and portfolio accounting, and performance and risk management reporting for the Diocesan Endowment, which supplies 85% of all funding for Synod
• general accounting for SDS, Anglican Church Property Trust, Synod and Standing Committee accounts, and the Endowment of the See
• payment of Synod grants
• handling payroll for SDS and a number of other organisations including the Episcopal team
• producing over 20 sets of General Purpose Financial Statements for various Diocesan funds and organisations
• providing accounting services to over 350 individual companies, funds and trusts within the Diocese
